Working Principle

The operation of this advanced drying system is a marvel of modern engineering. Raw materials are expertly fed into the furnace through the pipe's cleverly designed inlet. Once inside, a powerful fan draws the material into the Sakron, accompanied by hot air through the pipe. This brilliant process ensures that dried materials are efficiently released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are intelligently discharged, optimizing the entire drying operation for maximum performance.

4- The fuel boiler produces a stream of hot air that intricately mixes with the wet materials. This blend is swiftly drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air then flows fluidly through the dryer's curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber), guaranteeing thorough drying before releasing the materials from the outlet, equipped with an air lock for added precision.
5- Reduces moisture content efficiently to an optimal level of 8-12%, consistently providing high-quality, dried materials of superior standards.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Once installation is complete, initiate the fan. Verify the fan's rotation direction and ensure the suction port is operating correctly to achieve peak performance.
2- Thoroughly inspect the flange interfaces to detect and preclude any potential leaks, safeguarding airtight integrity for optimal functionality.
3- Securely attach the bags open at both ends to the separator's lower opening, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port. Pre-select and remove large particles to expedite drying speed and boost efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then activate the fan. Monitor until the temperature at the wind outlet reaches 150°C,
ensuring the material is expertly cut off and dried, facilitating a smooth and efficient drying journey.
6- Promptly extract large material pieces from the slag discharge port to enable continuous feeding and avert potential clogs.
