1. Chipper or Crusher:

For raw materials such as robust logs and substantial chunks of waste wood, they must first be expertly chipped into smaller, manageable pieces and then thoroughly dried to ensure seamless processing.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

Should your raw materials exhibit a high moisture content, specifically at 25%, it is imperative to dry them meticulously before proceeding to the granulation stage, facilitating the creation of high-quality pellets.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

The air discharged from the tumble dryer must undergo the cyclone dust collector process, ensuring efficient and effective dust removal, contributing to cleaner and safer production.

4. Pelletizer:

Utilizing the dried wood chips, the pelletizer crafts them into robust pellet fuel, ideally with a precise diameter ranging from 3-5mm, ensuring optimal performance and consistent quality.

5. Baler:

Seamlessly pack the freshly produced biomass pellets from the conveyor belt into bags tailored to specifications, ready for direct loading into vehicles, primed for market distribution and sale, ensuring a smooth transition from production to market.
