Working principle

This advanced drying system operates with a level of sophistication that begins as the raw material is expertly introduced into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Once inside, a high-capacity fan draws the material into the Sakron, accompanied by the enveloping hot air through the pipe, setting the stage for an innovative drying process. This clever mechanism ensures that dried materials are efficiently extricated from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are judiciously expelled, thereby optimizing and enhancing the overall drying efficiency with unparalleled effectiveness.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Post-installation, activate the fan to verify its rotation and confirm the suction port is optimized for superior performance.
2- Conduct a detailed inspection of flange interfaces to detect and eliminate any potential leaks, securing airtight integrity.
3- Fix the open-ended bags securely to the separator's lower opening to ensure uninterrupted operation.
4- Introduce the drying material at the feeding port, pre-screening for large particles to accelerate the drying process.
5- Ign-ite the furnace with fuel and engage the fan. Once the wind outlet temperature hits 150°C,
the material is meticulously cut off and dried, guaranteeing a seamless drying operation.
6- Quickly remove large chunks of material via the slag discharge port to enable continuous feeding and avert blockages.
